Terms of Use

Uncover DXB is an independent information platform designed to help users discover venues, offers, activities, and experiences in Dubai.

Uncover DXB is not owned by, operated by, or officially affiliated with the venues, brands, hotels, restaurants, attractions, or other businesses featured on the platform unless clearly stated otherwise.

We aim to keep the information on Uncover DXB as accurate and useful as possible. However, venues, offers, prices, timings, availability, and other details can change at any time.

Because of this, all information on the platform is provided for general information purposes only. Users should always check directly with the venue or official provider before making plans, bookings, or purchases.

We check offers against the venue’s own published information and record the date we last checked. That date is shown on the offer. Checking is not a guarantee. A venue can change or withdraw an offer at any time, including after we have checked it, and without telling us. Always confirm directly with the venue before you travel or spend money.

Offers that include alcohol are only for people of legal drinking age, which is 21 in Dubai.

Uncover DXB does not process bookings, reservations, ticket purchases, or payments on behalf of venues unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any booking, enquiry, purchase, or transaction is made directly with the relevant venue or third party, not with Uncover DXB.

Venue names, business names, trade marks, logos, and other brand elements shown on the platform belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on Uncover DXB is for identification and informational purposes only. It does not mean that any venue, brand, or business has approved, endorsed, sponsored, or is officially connected with Uncover DXB unless this is clearly stated.

Some content on the platform may relate to third-party venues, offers, or businesses. All third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

If you are a rights holder, venue representative, or authorised agent and believe any content should be updated, corrected, credited differently, or removed, please contact us and we will review the request promptly.

Uncover DXB may include links to third-party websites, booking pages, social media pages, or other external content for convenience.

We do not control those third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or practices.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform in a way that could harm Uncover DXB or other users.

You may use the platform only for personal, lawful, and non-abusive purposes.

Accounts are free. You can create one with your email address, where we send you a sign-in code, or by signing in with Google. There is no password to choose or remember.

You must be 18 or over to create an account.

You are responsible for the email account or Google account you sign in with. If someone else can get into that, they can get into your Uncover DXB account.

An account lets you save offers and choose whether to hear from us by email. It does not give you access to any offer, and it is not recognised by any venue.

We may suspend or remove an account that is being used to misuse the platform, as described under Use of the Platform.

Saving an offer is a bookmark for your own use. It is not a booking, a reservation, a hold, a voucher, or any form of entitlement. No venue is told that you saved anything.

Saved offers stay on your account and appear wherever you sign in. If an offer ends, it stops being available on the platform and may disappear from your saved list.

You can choose to receive occasional emails about new offers. The choice is yours, it is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time from your account page or from the link in any email we send.

We do not sell or rent your email address. What we store and why is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account yourself from your account page. This removes your account, your saved offers and your email choice from our database straight away, and it cannot be undone.

Two things are not covered by that. Our email provider keeps a record of emails already sent to you for 30 days. Anything you sent us through the report or suggestion forms is stored separately and is not linked to your account, so deleting your account does not remove it. Email us if you would like a submission removed. Our Privacy Policy explains both.

The Uncover DXB platform, including its design, layout, original text, original graphics, structure, and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Uncover DXB unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, republish, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's original content without prior written permission.

The Uncover DXB directory as a whole, including how its offers are selected, checked, organised, and described, belongs to Uncover DXB. Search engines and AI assistants may index, quote, and link to it. Bulk copying, scraping, republishing, or using the directory to train AI models is not allowed without our written permission.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or up to date.

We may update, suspend, remove, or change any part of the platform at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncover DXB is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, inconvenience, disappointment, or claim arising from:

• reliance on information shown on the platform
• changes to venue offers, timings, pricing, or availability
• any booking, purchase, or experience with a third-party venue or provider
• the use of third-party websites linked from the platform
• temporary unavailability or technical issues affecting the platform

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
