Demon Duck at Bluewaters Island is a Michelin Guide recommended Chinese concept from chef Alvin Leung. The Saturday brunch runs from 1pm to 4pm with live cooking stations covering dim sum, wok dishes, duck and a BBQ station, alongside a resident DJ.
